We primarily use cookies and browser storage to:
- operate the Service;

Clearing browser or site data may remove these settings or interrupt unfinished sessions.

Certain ReGains features may interact with third-party services that use their own cookies or similar technologies.
Stripe
Where Stripe is used to process an eligible payment, subscription, or checkout, Stripe may use cookies or similar technologies for purposes such as:
- completing the transaction;
- fraud prevention;

- authentication; and
- payment processing.
Stripe's own privacy and cookie practices apply to information processed directly by Stripe.
Google Sign-In
If you choose to sign in using Google, Google may use cookies or similar technologies as part of the authentication process.

ReGains does not currently enable non-essential analytics cookies in the main application.

Where applicable law requires consent, we will request consent before placing or accessing non-essential analytics cookies.
Rejecting non-essential analytics cookies will not prevent access to core ReGains functionality.

ReGains does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party advertising trackers in the main application.
We do not use HealthKit-derived health or fitness information for advertising, marketing, or advertising profiling.

Features such as online presence, messaging status, or realtime updates may use ReGains' own realtime connections or infrastructure.
These features do not necessarily rely on third-party analytics or advertising cookies.
Technical connection information may still be processed where necessary to provide and secure realtime functionality.
10. Managing Cookies and Browser Storage
You can control cookies and browser storage in several ways.
Browser settings
Most browsers allow you to view, block, or delete cookies.
Your browser may also provide controls for clearing local storage, IndexedDB, and other site data.
Sign out
Signing out of ReGains ends your authenticated ReGains session.
Some local preferences or other non-authentication data may remain on the device unless separately cleared.
Clear site data
You can use your browser settings to clear cookies and other site data stored for regains.fit.
Doing so may:
- sign you out;
- reset preferences;
- remove unfinished workout state;
- remove temporary registration or checkout information; or
- require you to configure certain settings again.
11. Essential Technologies
Blocking or deleting technologies required for authentication, security, or other essential functionality may prevent parts of ReGains from working correctly.
Where a technology is not necessary to provide the Service and applicable law requires consent, it will not be used until the required consent has been obtained.

We may update this Cookie Policy when our use of cookies, browser storage, service providers, or applicable legal requirements changes.
